Why did a call with my AI agent drop in the middle of the conversation?

The system does not drop calls. To see how a call ended, open the call log: it shows the call signals and which party ended the call or hung up.

When a call seems to drop mid conversation, there are cases where the other person is on a cell phone and the call drops on their end. Check the call log for that call to see how it ended.
